What is Werewolf?
Werewolf (also known as Mafia, Assassin etc.), is a game of lies and deception. It centers around the struggle over a small, unnamed village, that takes place between the Villagers and Werewolves, as well as Third Party Roles (TPR's), who are only looking out for themselves. However, there's a twist: The Werewolves know who each other are, but the Villagers and TPR's know nothing. Nobody can be trusted without proof, and maybe not even then. The villagers seek to kill all enemies of the village, which includes werewolves and any dangerous TPR's. To this effect, they lynch one person daily. The werewolves need to outnumber the villagers and TPR's, at which point they can take the village by force. The TPR's have various objectives. Some need to merely survive until the end of the game. Some need to be the last man standing. Some, have more complex objectives, such as accurately predicting the deaths of three people (using powers).
To add a twist to the game, each person has a unique ability. Some of these may be as simple as owning a gun, or being able to make things. Some are magical or unnatural, such as being able to read minds. The TPR's will often need to use their abilities to win.
